• Payment
  Lisa's UnicOrnamentals prefers Pay Pal!  You do not need to have an existing Pay Pal account!  You can even use your Credit Card without incurring additional fees and Pay Pal is much safer than sending payments in the mail.
  I will accept Personal Checks or Money Orders ~ Please contact me if you prefer that method so that I can remove your item(s) from the available store inventory.  Please also note that I can not ship your order until your check has cleared.
• Shipping
  In most instances, your order will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment.  If you are bidding on auction items, Please contact me if you would like combined shipping.
  Standard shipping is made via USPS Priority Shipping which take 2 - 3 business days.  If you need the item(s) sooner, please contact me for upgraded shipping via FedEx or USPS Express mail.
• Gift Services
  Most items are shipped in Navy Blue Velvet Pouches or Silver Foil Cotton Filled Boxes.  I can wrap your gift and ship to your recipient at your request.  (Additional fees will be invoiced.)  Please note that I can not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages sent to unverified addresses.  I always recommend purchasing insurance for your one of a kind work of art!  I insure at one and one half of the value of your order.
• Customization and/or Reworked Items:
  Please contact me PRIOR to purchase if you are interested in modifying your selection.  In most instances, I can swap out charms or modify pierced earring findings with clips at little or no charge.  However, reworked pieces can add additional charges - I will work with you and send pictures of available options where possible.
• Reminders / Warnings:
  As with all jewelry - Please remember that, unless specifically stated, all pieces of jewelry sold on this site or through my auctions on EBay are intended for adults and should not be left unattended with small children who could be hurt by breaking or swallowing individual parts.  Additionally, many of my pieces are constructed with glass or crystals which can collect heat and could potentially cause burns so caution should be used.
